Age Verification

AzaraHookah.com follows state age restrictions for sales. Every state has an age requirements in order to purchase products. Customers must first pass our age verification systems in order for us to ship the order. We use data from your photo ID/driver’s license to verify your age and state. Please submit a valid Driver’s License or ID. Shipping and billing addresses must match in order for us to ship your items. We need to confirm that the purchaser in the one receiving the product. We then require an adult signature upon delivery.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. All products are brand new and ready to ship. Refunds will only be granted if the product is damaged or does not work. The customer must notify us of damages within three days of delivery. Products must be sent back in complete packaging. If we are not notified within three days the sale is considered final.
